14xx error on iPod 5th generation.?
Hi. I was about to restore my iPod, when a window pops saying: "Your iPod can not be restored. Error 1418". Then, looking at the thousands of web pages talking about the same issue, i think "this will be easy"... none of them solve my problem...
I attempt to give format as a simple disk, i've used Windows and Mac (using Format from the right click menu and Disk Utility, respectively), but there was no success in both of them.
After that, i've returned to iTunes (using Mac) and try to restore it. There appears new errors, like 1432, 1405 and 1428, also it says that my ipod could not be restored 'cause it was been used with another program, but the only application in my desk was iTunes.
I don't know what to do. Any help will be very appreciated.
You should go to the mall and go to the Apple Store if there is one near you and make an appointment.
